Raimondo graduated from the VCA School of Drama in 1993 and is a founding member of Ranters Theatre. Raimondo was the Artistic Director of Ranters from 1994 to 2000. His plays include: The Room, The Large Breast or Upside-Down Bell, The Fertility of Objects, Features of Blown Youth, Roulette – a series of 12 two-handers, St Kilda Tales, The Wall, Holiday & Affection. The Indestructible Corpse – a collection of short stories - was published in 1998 (Text Publishing). His experimental writing includes Variations of the Same, Bruitgrammes 1-77, Vastexts, and Heresies (VAST Publishing) and he has also written for film, television and radio. He lectures in dialogue writing at VCA Centre for Ideas, Melbourne University and is currently studying a PhD in everyday performance.
