The Business Operations area of the Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts provides services for the Faculty in the following areas:

  Financial planning and montoring; Budget planning, monitoring and reporting; Investment monitoring; Business planning; Cashiering.
  
  
• Information Technology
  Faculty based IT/IS support to staff, students, laboratories and other teaching spaces.
  
  
• Staff Services
  Recruitment (including preparation of position descriptions & other recrutiment documentation); Processing of job applications and organisation of the selection process; Staff induction; Executive Officer for the faculty staff development program; Casual staff support; Environment, health and safety coordination; Maintenance of faculty risk registers.
