Bookings
1. Ticket bookings for all School of Performing Arts (Theatre) productions should be made via email to vca-drama@unimelb.edu.au. To help us secure your booking, please include the following information in your email:
- The name the tickets will be booked under
- The name of the production you would like to see
- Your preferred performance date and time
- How many tickets you would like
- If applicable, what kind of tickets they are (ie. Full Price, Concession, VCAM/Unimelb/Foundation student)
Please note: We must receive your email before 4pm on the day of your requested performance (12pm for matinee performances) to process and guarantee your booking in time.

2. Once we have received your booking request, we will send a confirmation slip back to you. Please print out this confirmation slip and bring it with you when you pick up your tickets. This is your guarantee that the booking has been made for you.
If you have not received this confirmation slip within one working day, your booking may not have been secured. Please call the information line to check on your booking. Please note: if it is less than three hours before the commencement of the performance we may not be available to receive your call.
3. On the day of your requested performance, please come to the Box Office 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance to pick up your tickets.
