The VCA provides a stimulating, supportive environment for professional
graduate study and research. Our programs are scholarly, as well as studio and performance-based, providing opportunities for in-depth study in your chosen discipline and/or interdisciplinary practice.

Graduate coursework degrees

Graduate research degrees

Master of Fine Arts is a practical independent research degree with specialisations in eight different artistic practices:

Doctor of Philosophy involves a substantial piece of original and independent research, conducted under expert academic supervision.
