The VCA is a member of the European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA), Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD), International Council of Fine Arts Deans (ICFAD) and CILECT, the international association of film and television schools. Staff and student exchange programs with leading international visual and performing arts colleges include the Korean National University of the Arts; the Beijing Film Academy; Tianjin Fine Arts Academy; Hong-lk University in Seoul; the School of Motion Picture, Television and Production Design in Finland; the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School in Jerusalem; the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland; the Pratt Institute, New York; Pennsylvania State University in the United States; and the Massachusetts College of Art. In addition to these institutions, visual art students can apply for an exchange program at any of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design member institutions.
