Lachlan Plain   Puppeteer "AboutFace Production's' The Legend of Ned Kelly - originally produced by Terrapin Theatre - which  toured to Adelaide Festival Centre and Victorian Arts Centre.
Designed the puppets for, and worked with the puppeteers on, the VCA's 3rd year drama school production, The Perjured City.

2006
Tamara Rewse won the Handspan Puppetry scholarship and is travelling in Europe, visiting puppetry schools and companies.

Sam Routledge has been performing with Terrapin Theatre, in The Legend of Ned Ned Kelly.

Lachlan Plain has just completed a season of his original puppetry work, Lament, at the Abbotsford Convent.

Gretta Newall is working with puppetry and young people through Artplay.

Andrew McDougall is about to begin rehearsals for Walking with Dinosaurs - large scale stadium show that opens in Sydney on Jan 10

Jenna Hann is working as a props maker on a project called Dream Masons, directed by Jessica Wislon and opening  for Salamanca Theatre Co. Hobart in 2007

Julie Renton - costume/set designer for 11th Hour Theatre Company for EndGame. Nick Pajanti - Lighting Designer, Emily O'Brien -Production Manager and Lindy Macauley - design assistant.

Yasuhiro Morinaga (Japanese Sound Design graduate) is going to Korea to attend the Pusan International Film Festival as a member of Asian Film Academy. This academy is a three week program to produce  a short film with members from  selected students in Asia.

Doyle Barrow is working on inflatable costumes for Walking with Dinosaurs.

Jacquie Lee
Graduate Diploma in Production ( Theatre Design) 2004

For the past ten years Jacqui has worked as a Melbourne based freelance artist and designer including 4 1/2 years as a professional scenic artist with Melbourne Theatre Company.

In 2004, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Production (Theatre Design) at the Victorian College of the Arts.

Adam Gardnir
Bachelor of Production 2003

Adam is a 2003 graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). Adam's designs for the stage in 2006 include A View of Concrete and The Autobiography of Red for Malthouse Theatre in the Tower Theatre, Virgins for Echeleon Productions also in the Tower Theatre, Volcano for Stuck Pigs Squealing, Jet of Blood for TheatreWorks, The Judgment of Paris for Melbourne Conservatorium and the re-staging of The Yellow Wallpaper for Malthouse Theatre. In 2006 Adam will also design the feature length film of Hamlet and the short film currently titled Ingrid Sits Holding a Knife by Lally Katz. Last year Adam designed The Eisteddfod at Ontological and PS122 in New York, The Beggar's Opera for OzOpera, Drink Pepsi, Bitch! for Malthouse Theatre and The Sydney Opera House, the Breath of Life National Tour for Hit Productions, The Yellow Wallpaper for the Storeroom (Green Room Nomination - Best Design), The Belle, The Book, The Beast for The Bettybooke and Jet of Blood for Theatreworks. In 2004 Adam designed Beckett's Act Without Words II for the VCA, Nile Blue for Midsumma, the short film Phase for Gung Ho Films and the premier season of The Eisteddfod for Stuck Pigs Squealing Theatre Co. (Green Room Nomination - Best Design). 2004 also saw Adam conduct a three month tour of European Arts Festivals as winner of the VCA Dr. Ron Rosenove Travelling Scholarship. Whilst at the VCA Adam designed The Little Sweep for OzOpera, Summerfolk, The Greeks and Pains of Youth for the School of Drama, Shocked and The Hollow Men for the School of Film and Lying for the School of Dance. In 2005 Adam was awarded a Besen Family Scholarship to attend Malthouse Theatre as an observing designer on the Melbourne Festival production of The Oddessy.
