Secondments involve a period of attachment by third year students to a theatre company, film company, dance company or other suitable organisation or professional practitioner. The finding of an appropriate secondment is the responsibility of the student involved and is subject to the approval of the Head of School.
The subject provides the student with an opportunity to test and develop the skills learnt over the past two years within a professional environment. It also provides a valuable opportunity to become part of the professional network for which they have been training.
