The Student and Academic Services Unit (SAS) is a centralised service that makes it more convenient to access student services, advice and information.

Located in the Hub, specialist staff are able to assist in a range of student matters such as student administration, enrolment, scholarships, buddy program, and referrals to Parkville services (housing, financial aid, and careers and employment).

Admissions and Enrolment for Students
Information on undergraduate applications for VCA Art, Dance, Drama, Music, Production and Film and Television for 2009 entry will be available online at the end of July 2008. Applications will be available soon after.

Census Date
Semester 1 Census date Census Date: March 31, 2008

The census date for a subject is the last date that a person can withdraw from that subject without incurring fee liabilities. For Australian students in fee places who are eligible for FEE-HELP, the census date for the subject is the closing date for the requesting FEE-HELP assistance. For Australian students in Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) who are eligible for HECS-HELP, the census date for the subject is the closing date for requesting HECS-HELP.
