"Wilin" means "fire" in the local Woi Wurrung language of the Wurundjeri people.

All students can access the centre and speak to staff and students. However, the facilities are strictly for students of the Wilin Centre and their guests.
The Wilin Centre is opposite the Cafeteria and is recognisable by its blue exterior and picturesque gardens.
There is a lot of support available to Indigenous Australian students.

No, there are no special entry schemes, as entry to the VCA is via VTAC application followed by an audition and/or interview. There is however audition/interview preparation support offered by the Wilin Centre, and this is available to all Indigenous applicants.
